Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should ideally:

• Have partially completed professional banking qualifications
• Knowledge of card systems or banking applications will be considered an advantage
• Possess 1–3 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, or IT support roles
• Have a basic understanding of:
  • Business applications
  • IT systems
  • Database concepts
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Be familiar with IT service management practices and support processes
• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for business applications and resolve user issues within defined service levels
• Manage and prioritize helpdesk tickets while ensuring accurate tracking of incidents
• Diagnose application issues and escalate complex problems to relevant teams or vendors
• Manage user access rights and support access reviews according to security policies
• Maintain documentation including user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base content
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and incident reporting procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
